Job Description
Join our computational genomics lab to develop novel algorithms for single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. You will work on cutting-edge research projects and collaborate with wet lab scientists to translate computational findings into biological insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement computational pipelines for scRNA-seq data analysis
• Collaborate with experimental biologists on multi-omics integration projects
• Present findings at lab meetings and scientific conferences
• Mentor graduate students and postdocs in computational methods
Required Qualifications
• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
• Strong programming skills in R and Python
• Experience with single-cell genomics analysis tools
• Knowledge of statistical methods for high-dimensional data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
$65000 - $75000 {{ job.salary_currency }} per year
